Vali Creamin is a play on one of our favorite beers in the industry, the Vanilla Cream Ale. The beauty of this beer is it’s subtle complexity while still being very light and crushable. We added a 1/2 pound of Madagascar vanilla beans post fermentation which gives it a very smooth creamy mouthfeel while still having a dry finish. Only slightly noticeable in the aroma, moderate notes of vanilla and graham cracker shine through with each sip. This beer pairs very well with our tomato crostini and beignets (special food menu items).
