Named after one of our neighboring Channel Islands, Santa Rosa Weizenbock is a great beer for finishing the day and watching the sun fade. Sunburst in color, this malt forward beer has a rich-full body and complex nuances of vanilla, banana, nutmeg and fruit cake. Pairs well with our Tri-Tip Sando and Truffle Fries.
