The Golden Coffee Ale is a unique beer to say the least. Inspired by other beers such as Naughty Sauce from Noble Ale Works and Zero to Sexy from Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. we decided to give it a shot as well. With some help from our friends at Dart Coffee, we were able to source some different blends of coffee that we thought would be perfect for this brew. What came out was in our opinion the perfect morning beer, Morning Gold! Made with both whole coffee beans and cold brew, we also add raw cacao nibs and lactose to give this beer its rich complexity of aromas and flavors. Served on Nitro, it has a velvety smooth texture and a slightly sweet finish.
