Very dry and light bodied, fruity overtones with slight notes of honey.
This is our awesome collaboration with our buddies at High Sea’s Meadery who are just down the street from us. We decided to make an ancient brew called a “Braggot” which is basically half mead and half beer. From here we added locally grown loquats and added them to the boil, then after fermentation we roasted locally grown pomelos and added them on the cold side. We ended up with a extremely crisp yet fruity beverage that is perfect for any hot day while chilling in the taproom. Pairs well with our Salmon Zoodle and Lobster Roll!
