Free Thiols is a Session Hazy IPA brewed with Phantasm and fermented with German Lager yeast at ale temps. This brew has got plenty of danky tropical notes, using ample amounts of El Dorado, Sabro, and Lotus hops which give off intense coconut, pineapple, guava flavors and aromas. The body is a little thinner than most hazy beer’s you’ll come across, and is also a tad more bitter. At 4.4% this could be a perfect breakfast brew (Sub juice haha) and also compliments well with spicier dishes.
