Crisp, Light Bodied, Earthy, Light Honey notes
Convalida is Italian for Validation, which makes it a perfect name for our Italian Pilsner. Modeled after a German Pilsner, we brewed this recipe with Eraclea barley grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice. After fermentation we lightly dry hop with Saphir hops which introduce nuances of berry and light tangerine citrus. This hop forward lager is extremely crushable and perfectly balanced, making it perfect for a day of sunbathing by the beach/pool or paired with your favorite Italian dish.
