Named after a Big Red Dog we used to read about as kids, this is the perfect beer to prepare yourself for adventures or right before a nap. This beer may look intimidating (like a giant dog) but is really quite approachable despite its higher ABV. Light toffee, caramel and piney notes overlap a slightly bitter finish and is rounded out by a medium full body and mouthfeel. Pairs well with the classic Validation Burger, Ribs, Vanilla Ice Cream… and milk bones.
